Founder – Wu Zhi Xian

2002 – The Beginning

Mr. Wu Zhi Xian founded Digimax Co., Ltd., producing wind energy, eco-friendly energy, and various automotive products. The company expanded into industries such as hearing aids from Japan, renewable energy, and solar power. These values have always remained in Mr. Wu Zhi Xian’s mind, with a consistent focus on improving product performance.

Mr. Wu Zhi Xian was inspired by Japan’s Omron and recognized the blind spots and imbalances in the industry—not only in terms of quality but also in pricing practices. With a family member experiencing hearing issues, his sister had suffered from this impairment since childhood. Motivated by this, he decided to expand research and development into the hearing aid industry after gaining 10 years of experience in technology. He then began collaborative R\&D with Japanese technology companies.

Mr. Wu Zhi Xian founded Digisign Co., Ltd., responsible for the research and development of Mimitakara hearing aids, the only domestically produced brand in Taiwan. Within just one year, the products received great feedback from local residents and were exported to Europe, Japan, and other industrial powerhouses. To prevent price exploitation by distributors, Mr. Wu Zhi Xian established a new industrial company as the headquarters, becoming the sole distributor in Taiwan. By selling directly at factory prices, the company returned value to customers and earned deep affection from the people of Taiwan.

We have focused on hearing aid manufacturing quality for over 20 years, with more than 50 Digibionic hearing centers across Taiwan. Recommended by tens of thousands of customers for product quality, Mimitakara has earned the trust of the Taiwanese people to care for their hearing and help them enjoy natural, beautiful sound once again.

2019 – Prosperity

Nearly a decade of growth and achievement, Digibionic hearing aids have become beloved by the people of Taiwan. With pride in Taiwan’s domestic technology, the brand has expanded to 50 branches across the island. The headquarters’ mission is to move beyond old comparative thinking, focusing on developing cloud-based digital microcomputer hearing aids.
