*Note: Rental of accessories requires a one-time payment. When the rental is canceled, the accessories must be returned. If you wish to rent again, the accessory fee must be paid anew.

Signia Silk

Small in-ear hearing aids — comfortable to wear, virtually invisible, with automatic sound adjustment for clear and natural hearing.

Signia Pure

This is a small, lightweight RIC hearing aid with clear sound and automatic volume adjustment. It supports Bluetooth and app control, ideal for users seeking ease of use and excellent sound quality.

Signia Motion

This is a behind-the-ear (BTE) hearing aid suitable for mild to profound hearing loss. It delivers clear sound, automatically adjusts to the environment, supports Bluetooth for phone calls and music, and can be easily controlled via an app. Durable and reliable, it is ideal for users needing high amplification.

For Mimitakara brand rentals, please inquire about promotions with in-store staff, as pricing depends on your hearing assessment results and the number of devices. Rental is available only for Mimitakara products currently in stock at each branch.

Hearing Aid Purchase Discounts

Hearing Aid Purchase Discount: This discount can be applied when a customer rents a hearing aid for a period of 2 months up to 1 year or more. The discount is calculated based on the price of the model the customer wishes to purchase.

A:

Case 1: If the damage is not caused by the user (not visible externally), such as manufacturing defects, the device can be immediately replaced with a new one. The damaged device will be repaired by the service center.

Case 2: If the damage is caused by the user, such as water damage, the customer must pay 7,000 THB per device for repairs.

Note: Each device has coverage for one damage incident under warranty. Therefore, if user-caused damage occurs for the first time, the customer will receive one free repair.

A: The customer must compensate for the lost hearing aid at 35,000 THB per device.

Note: The rental includes a loss coverage of 20,000 THB.

Therefore, the customer is responsible for paying 15,000 THB per lost device.

A: Customers can downgrade or upgrade their hearing aid level, with the rental fee adjusted starting from the following month.

A: Rented hearing aids cannot be purchased. However, customers can buy a new hearing aid and receive a discount according to Table 4: Hearing Aid Purchase Discounts.

A: The discount for purchasing a new hearing aid is calculated based on the rental period, according to Table 4: Hearing Aid Purchase Discounts, and is applied to the actual selling price of the hearing aid the customer wishes to buy.

Note: If the renter wants to purchase a new device within a rental period of six months or less, the rental fees can be used as a discount.

A: This is not possible because customers must visit the store monthly for device inspection, cleaning, and service renewal. The hearing aid is programmed for 420 hours of use, equivalent to 1 month.

If usage exceeds 1 month, the device cannot be used, and the warranty will expire after the month ends.

Note: Hearing aids can be shipped by mail, and rental fees can be paid online.

A: The speaker wire has a 1-year warranty.

Note: If the speaker wire is damaged, such as being cut, the customer must pay 1,500 THB per piece.

Caution: Do not pull on the speaker wire.

A: No, the rented hearing aid does not become the customer’s property, as it is strictly a rental.

A: No, it is not necessary to return it. The customer can continue using the replacement device.

A: The warranty will resume once the customer returns and pays the outstanding rental fee.
